One on one sessions

- Ideal for both beginners and those with existing practices

- Individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, injury or health conditions

Private one on one sessions are a safe, non-judgemental and inclusive space. I offer sessions to all humans; bodies, ages, genders and abilities. Everybody is welcome.

Beginner: Starting a yoga practice can be a daunting thing, let alone going to a group class for the first time! Private sessions are a great place to start to introduce yourself to yoga asana and breath techniques, providing you with the foundation to start attending group classes if that’s what you desire.

Existing: As someone with an established practice you may have physical postures you're wanting to master or a desire to deepen and advance your practice. Private sessions are a great place to dive into yoga in a more focused and concentrated way that is often not available in group classes.

Health and Injury: One on one sessions are the best place to work with physical injury or on going health conditions in a safe and effective way. Learning customised and practical adjustments to postures so you can practice in a group setting and breath and meditation practices that equip you to be with what's happening in your body. Sessions can give you tools to aid in your healing and ways to give your body space to heal itself.
