I see one of the greatest human needs to be the need for connection. Through yoga we can change our capacity to connect to ourselves and to others. We learn to reconnect with our relationship to ourselves, our bodies, with others and our environments. With yoga you can introduce simply daily practices that will shift things in your world if committed to.

I am passionate about working with these things with trauma informed yoga practices, and an ever-deepening understanding of the therapeutic application of yogic practices, bodymind centering techniques and tools to lower anxiety levels and manage depression.
